Yes. We support OEM (your formula), ODM (we develop) and private label (our product, your brand). See how the programs work.

What is your MOQ?

For planning, our own-brand MOQ is 2,400 pcs, while private-label/OEM programs use a 7,500 pcs MOQ. Product, formulation, packaging and destination requirements are still reviewed for the exact program.

Can I get samples?

Yes — sample arrangements are confirmed per product when you inquire.

Can you develop a custom formula?

Yes. Through our ODM route we develop or adapt a formulation from your brief, then produce it under your brand.

What packaging and can sizes are available?

Common formats are listed on each product page; custom fill sizes and packaging can be discussed for OEM programs.

How do I get a quote?

Use the request a quote form and include the product, estimated quantity and target market.

What is the typical lead time?

Typical lead time is 3–20 days after packaging, artwork and order details are confirmed. The actual schedule still depends on the product, components, order size and destination requirements and is confirmed with the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, our production is export-oriented. Shipping terms are confirmed per order.

What quality documents can you provide?

Depending on the product, formulation and destination market, documentation support may include SDS, TDS, COA, ingredient or formulation information, transport or DG/UN1950 documents, REACH, RoHS and VOC information where applicable. Exact availability and scope are confirmed for the product and order. Certification status and covered scope are published on the certifications page.
