First: diagnose the deposit
Not every dark mark is glue. Belts collect hot-melt adhesive, starch carry-over, grease, melted synthetic fibers, lint and carbonized mixtures. Photograph the deposit, note where it forms and how fast it returns. If buildup recurs quickly, the root cause may be process-side: adhesive dosage, temperature, pressure or belt tracking.
JJW-820: high-viscosity cleaner and conditioner
JJW-820 is a silicone-based, higher-viscosity fluid aimed at baked-on adhesive on belts, rollers and heating plates. Applied to the affected area, it loosens residue for wiping, and leaves a slick film that helps reduce fresh adhesive bonding. The retention behavior is the point of the format — test whether that film level suits your belt and fabric program.
JJW-818: belt cleaning with anti-static conditioning
JJW-818 focuses on the belt itself: cleaning plus anti-static conditioning to slow down the next buildup cycle. Consider it when static-attracted lint and repeat contamination are the recurring complaint rather than one-off baked deposits.
